At Continental Hair we try to make the consultation process as informative and comfortable for you as possible. We know that given the best of possible worlds you would rather not come and see us. But that is exactly why we need to make sure that we give you the widest possible choice of options so you can find the solution that fits best with you.
You can let us know that you wish a consultation by email or try our Online Consultation Form. Let us know the reason you want to see us, (for example chemotherapy, alopecia, thinning, etc.) and the time(s) that are most convenient for you. Leave a return email address and a phone number and a representative from Continental Hair will contact you. (All outgoing calls from Continental Hair are made in ways ensure your privacy)

When you come to see us we have a private consultation are where you (and anyone else you choose to accompany you) will be able to meet with Michael Suba. The consultant will listen to your concerns and provide you with whatever options are available. Please come armed with questions. "The most important thing that you can bring to a consultation, says Michael Suba, is the desire to have great looking hair. We might not be able to get the exact colour, the exact cap design, the exact style, right off the shelf, but given some time we will get it so your hair looks gorgeous."
What we try to do right from the start is to make you comfortable. That you can ask any question and take as long as you like. Tears are not uncommon so please take your time to get settled.
After we have determined why you need hair, we go about determining how best to give you the look that you want. In terms of styling and colours etc, you might have some photographs that would help us. Or you might like to try something on to give us, and yourself, a better idea of where we should be going.
If we have what you are looking for right in the studio, a styling appointment is made with us (which can usually be done the same day) and you can walk out with it. If it is a custom made item we make up the order with you, explaining the different terms so that you are aware of exactly what we are getting for you. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders, which usually takes eight to ten weeks.
Over all, the consultation is a way for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us. We promise that it will be low key, and low pressure, and if nothing else you will get a better understanding of what is going on and what is available.
